You’ll also receive a bonus fifth week solely dedicated for you to ask any questions and pick the brain of our owner. With over 16 years of experience planning events I’m sure you can imagine all of the ups and downs, highs and lows, and the good’s, the bad’s, and ugly’s I’ve seen. I think it’s safe to say I’ve seen it all! Have I had a groom refusing to start the wedding because certain guests had t arrived? YES! Have I had a chef threatening to fight the groom and best man? YES! Have I had my own wedding cancelled just two weeks before the date? YES! Shall I go on? I think you get the point lol. I have seen it all. Issues will arise in events that you were not expecting, but the key as a professional planner is to instantly be able to adapt and control the situation at hand, without having anyone else know the shenanigans that are really going on. With years of experience working with over ten different cultures and in multiple states I’ve mastered discretely solving these issues. Having the opportunity to teach and mentor other planners to be successful, have extraordinary best practices and customer service, and a very lucrative business is absolutely the most rewarding part of this business. As a serial entrepreneur with three businesses and a personal brand, the one commonality within all is my ability to do business well and to teach and mentor others to do the same. The wedding industry can be one of the most fulfilling and rewarding industries out there. Often times people get burnt out so quick because they aren’t seeing the steady income they expected. I’ve been blessed to have had a planning business easily bring in six figure. It’s my goal to train others others to do the same and exceed far beyond what I’ve even seen.
